  As the visionary founder and director of the Shidduch Lounge, Adina Reich has dedicated her life to bringing Jewish souls together. With over 25 years of experience in shidduchim, she has personally facilitated hundreds of successful matches throughout the Five Towns and beyond. Her deep understanding of community dynamics, combined with her intuitive ability to see potential in every connection, has established her as one of the most respected shadchanim in our community.

  Director

  Estee Eisenberger is a longtime shadchan and dating mentor who has specialized in second-time-around shidduchim. As Director of the Shidduch Lounge Lakewood, she is known for her dedicated work ethic, creativity, warmth, and deep sensitivity toward singles. Having organized and facilitated many successful shidduch events, Estee brings years of experience, insight, intuition, and genuine care to every shidduch she helps guide.

  Through her active involvement in the Toronto community, Tiki recognized the need for a more positive, meaningful approach to the shidduch process. With her warm, approachable nature and a proven talent for organizing successful community initiatives, she successfully brought the Shidduch Lounge to Toronto. Tiki is dedicated to creating an environment where individuals feel comfortable, welcomed, and supported as they build authentic connections.
